Work plan and budget (RKA) planning and management application integrated with asset management, replacing the spreadsheet-based RKA planning process.

Story

Bank Raya Indonesia has dozens of divisions and Community Branch (CB) offices across Indonesia. The annual work plan and budget (RKA) was still planned using spreadsheets, so an application was needed to make the process easier and integrated with the existing asset management process.

Contribution

• · Built the RKA planning and submission screens for CAPEX and OPEX budget planning.
• · Built the report and consolidation screens for division and branch level budgets.
• · Built the prognosa screen to monitor budget submission status.
• · Built the SPK (work order) screen for goods and services procurement.
• · Built the switching screen for budget transfers between GL accounts.

Impact

Replaced spreadsheet-based RKA planning with an integrated application, making budget planning easier and connected to asset management.
