Digital recruitment application for Bank Raya's Human Capital Division, replacing manual application handling with a structured hiring and monitoring flow.

Story

In facing today's digital era, including in the important corporate activity of Human Resource (SDM) management, the E-Recruitment Raya application was developed to make employee recruitment easier. Talent Management at Bank Raya was still manual: applications arrived by email or were delivered directly to the bank's office address, then Human Capital manually entered the data and scheduled the recruitment stages. E-Recruitment Raya automates this so the Human Capital Division can run the recruitment process and monitor the hiring of workers more easily.
