To keep meeting the increasingly diverse and competitive needs of Bank Raya customers, efforts are needed to improve the quality and coverage of Agen Bank Raya services. The online interbank transfer feature in the Agen Bank Raya mobile app was developed to increase Bank Raya's fee-based income and as a strategic step to attract more customers. This way, Bank Raya can stay competitive in the growing digital era while adding significant value for its customers.

Contribution

• · Built the online transfer flow from destination inquiry (bank and account number) to amount and funding source entry.
• · Built sender data management with compliance education per POJK No. 8 Year 2023 on APU, PPT, and PPPSPM.
• · Built the transfer confirmation screen showing fee details, total payment, and estimated agent commission.
• · Built the successful transaction screen with transaction detail / receipt that can be shared and printed.
