Development of the Digital Saving Referral menu in the Agen Raya dashboard to manage digital saving referral data from the Agen Bank Raya mobile app and confirm reward payouts to agents.

Story

The digital saving referral feature in the Agen Bank Raya mobile app lets agents invite customers to open a digital saving account and earn a fee for every acquisition. To support that feature, the Referral menu was built in the Agen Raya dashboard as a back office that manages all digital saving referral data. Through this menu, the operations team can monitor the list of referred customers along with the referring agents, filter referrals that require action, and confirm rewards after checking the referral details before fees are paid to agents. This keeps the referral reward process controlled, accurate, and compliant.

• · Built the Referral menu in the Agen Raya dashboard with a Digital Saving sub-menu to manage digital saving referral data.
• · Built the referral list with status filters (all and needs action) plus search by referee name and agent name.
• · Built the referral detail view showing referee name, phone number, agent name, agent ID, total reward, and reward status.
• · Built the reward confirmation modal that reviews the referral list and total reward before payout to agents.
