Agen Raya Mobile - Referral Feature

Development of a digital saving referral feature in the Agen Bank Raya mobile app to introduce Bank Raya's digital saving, increase acquisition volume, and reward agents with a fee for every digital saving acquired.

Story

To keep meeting the increasingly diverse and competitive needs of Bank Raya customers, Bank Raya must keep improving the quality and coverage of Agen Bank Raya services. The digital saving referral feature in the Agen Bank Raya mobile app introduces Bank Raya's digital saving and increases its volume, while serving as a strategic step to attract more customers. Through this feature, agents can share their referral code to invite customers to open a digital saving account, track the status of every referred phone number - from not yet opening an account, successfully opening an account, to reward received - and earn a fee for every digital saving acquired. The feature includes an FAQ and terms and conditions page to help agents understand the fee procedure and rules.
