Agen Raya Dashboard - Fee Management

Agen Raya back-office dashboard for managing the fee and commission structure of every transaction type - admin fee, Bank Raya commission, agent commission, and PPh - as the basis for the fees and commissions shown in the mobile app.

Story

Along with the online transfer feature development in the Agen Bank Raya mobile app, a centralized fee and commission structure is needed so Bank Raya can control its fee-based income consistently across work units. The Agen Raya Dashboard introduces the Fee Management module, which governs admin fees, Bank Raya commission, agent commission, and PPh for every transaction type - cash deposit, cash withdrawal, and transfer. The fee structure configured in this dashboard becomes the reference for the fees and commissions shown on the transfer confirmation screen in the mobile app, such as a Rp10,000 transfer fee with agent commission credited to the agent wallet. The dashboard also includes agent transaction monitoring that shows commission details per transaction, making fee-based income management transparent and traceable.

Contribution

• · Built the Fee Management module to govern admin fees, Bank Raya commission, agent commission, and PPh per transaction type.
• · Built the fee list screen with transaction, admin fee, commission, and PPh columns plus edit actions.
• · Built the fee edit form to update fee and commission amounts centrally.
• · Built agent transaction monitoring with filters for work unit, RM name, agent name, date range, transaction type, and status, plus CSV export.

Impact

Provides centralized control over the Agen Raya fee and commission structure, so Bank Raya's fee-based income from online transfers and other agent transactions stays consistent, transparent, and aligned with the fees and commissions shown in the mobile app.
